No Magic
Brand, Strategy, Comms
Challenge
Designing a comprehensive branding system for the Polish Post-Production Society (SPPP / PPPS). The objective was to create a unified visual identity that represents the highly technical post-production industry, while establishing a professional and clear presence.
Strategy
By aligning the identity with the organization's core philosophy—"It's a craft, not magic"—the communication strips away corporate abstraction and highlights rigorous technical expertise. The brand positions the society as a grounded, highly skilled guild rather than a black box of illusion.
Identity
The visual system centers on a typographic monogram where the letters "P" and "S" transition into each other using solid, motion-inspired geometric blocks. This heavy, stark black mark functions seamlessly across both Polish (SPPP) and English (PPPS) acronyms. The monogram is paired with a highly clean, neutral sans-serif typeface used for the full institutional name. To introduce a calculated touch of industry humor, a minimalist magic wand graphic is deployed as a secondary asset, directly playing on the brand's tagline.
Outcome
The project delivered a highly adaptable, production-ready corporate identity kit. SPPP received a functional, modular asset system engineered to scale perfectly.
